Cryovac® D940 Soft Shrink Film is a highly versatile, low "shrink-energy" film designed to wrap products without causing buckling, distortion, or bending. Its gentle shrink properties make it ideal for even the most delicate or challenging packaging applications. The D940 film provides distortion-free shrinkage at low temperatures, eliminating the need for corrugated or chipboard inserts when wrapping smaller, unsupported items such as stationery, bedding, and gift wrap.

Despite its soft shrink nature, D940 film conforms perfectly to products, delivering outstanding clarity and an attractive presentation. Made from multi-layered co-extruded polyolefin, it offers excellent machineability on all automatic equipment while ensuring strong, high-integrity heat seals.
