PackMATE Bottle Labelling Machine
The PackMATE compact desktop labelling machine is for bottles or jars of up to 160mm in diameter and is fully adjustable for various containers. The labeller spins the bottle while applying either 1 or 2 labels to cylindrical bottles at up to 18 per minute while rolling the label waste to a roll for easy disposal. The semi-automatic wrap-around labelling system uses an optic sensor to detect the product and activate the pneumatically operated arm with a roller that spins the bottle applying the label in the desired location. The stainless steel and Aluminium PackMATE Bottle labeller is as durable and rugged as it looks. The GP Labeller plugs into standard 10amp single-phase power but does require 600 K.P.a of Air.
