Pallet top sheets, also known as pallet covers, are protective covers placed on the top or bottom of pallets to shield them from dirt, dust, and weather during shipping and storage. When used with pallet stretch wrap, pallet covers help enclose the pallet, preventing damage and ensuring that goods arrive safely. These covers, also called pallet caps, come on a perforated roll of 20µm plastic film for easy tear-off application and are available in clear or black.

An alternative to top sheets is Pallet Shrink Bags, which are large gusseted bags designed for pallets. These can be used as dust covers or heat-applied to shrink and stabilize the pallet.
