Sealing Wires for Impusle Heat Sealers and Shrink Machines

Heat sealing wires for impulse heat sealers, shrink wrappers, vacuum sealers and most packaging machines for either sealing or cutting & sealing plastic films or bags. Heat sealers use a low volatage electric current to generate heat in the sealing wires. Heat sealers make a seal using the heating element which will be hot, while presure is applied to the two layers of plastic for a specified period of time to form a bond or melting of the thermoplastics causing sealing and /or cutting of the materials uising an impulse of heat gernerated for a few seconds. Sealing wire can be a ribbon material and is typically made from nickel chrome material which is flat in 2mm, 3mm, 5mm or even 10mm, while a round wire is used for cuting and sealing on a Shrink a Pack Shrink wrapper or on Impulse sealers when excess film is requires to be cut of.
