Automatic top carton flaps folder device.
5-CS-GPHM11/TB: bottom gluing unit allowing minimal bottom flaps opening to spread the glue while boxes are passing through the machine and then closing the bottom flaps while the top ones are also folded.
Once glued, boxes are kept pressed to allow a proper adhesion.
Production capacity within 10/18 bpm depending from box sizes
- Hot-Melt generator (ROBATECH – Standard) on an independent trolley with casters with 5 Kg tank, tube and gun with four spreading valves included on the top (HM11/T version) and identical on the bottom in the HM11/TB version.
- Generator allows glue temperature & volumes
- Sealing programmes to be memorized and recall
- System to control the box glued passing through by photocells
- Side safety protections connected to electro-pneumatic disconnection switches and stop emergency bottom.
- Timer setting to allow pre-heating adjustment
- Box dimensions adjustment
- Control panel comprehensive of:
- Main Switch Start + Stop Bottoms & Stop Emergency Bottom
- PLC (OMRON standard ) to set machine parameters.
- Adjustable Working Height of the machine 500 – 750mm
