The GP6000 Automatic Shrink Wrapper is one of the best valued Italian made shrink wrapping machines in Australia offereing perfomance and speed for a wide range of products from Pizza's to chocolates. The GP 6000 features an L-Sealer with a sealing area of 610mm x 480mm with a maximum height of 200mm for the GP-6000LAC model which has a centre seal suitable for high bulky prodcuts or GP6000LA which has 150mm hieght for low boxes or pizza's the different models have outputs that range from 600 – 3000 packs per hour depending on products. The 4-GP6000LA and 4-GP6000LAC uses a Teflon coated sealing blade for a clean and strong seal as well as a Flextron control system that allows for storing of up to 10 different program operations, sealing time adjustments and conveyor speeds. For best results use Polyolefin shrink film such as Cryovac Impact Film or CT shrink film – while a Polyethylene film will also work for some applications. There are serveral heat shrink tunnels options available depending speed required and are sold seperately.
