A Band Sealer, also known as a Rotary Band Sealer, is a compact, in-line machine designed to heat-seal the tops of bagged products as they move along a conveyor belt. These sealers come in horizontal and vertical models. Horizontal band sealers are ideal for sealing flat products like magazines or cards. In contrast, vertical rotary band sealers are used for upright bags like coffee pouches, pet food bags, and stand-up pouches for liquids or powders.
Continuous band sealers can handle various materials, including LDPE, PE, PP, PVC, and multilayer barrier bags, with up to 10mm seal widths. Thanks to their versatility and durable stainless steel construction, these sealers suit diverse industries, including food, high-tech, and medical/pharma sectors. The machine’s height and conveyor belt can be adjusted to accommodate different bag sizes, enhancing user convenience and optimizing packaging efficiency.
