GP Carton Folding System

This inexpensive and simple carton folding systems is designed to seamlessly integrate in front of your carton taping machine to improve production speeds and reduce labour costs. The systems has two parts, the first is the Magazine that the cartons are neatly stacked onto to ready to be dispensed and the second is the Forming Table which folds the underside of the cartons once the boxes are moved across the table surface. The cartons are then ready to be filled or packed then pushed into the carton sealer to be sealed closed with tape. There are no mechanical parts, so nothing to service or break down and there is only one moveing part for adjustment for different width cartons (220mm - 450mm).
