Induction Seals 

In packaging, when it comes to bottles or jars, nothing is better than cap sealing using Induction seals that provide a hermetic, leakproof and tamper-evident solution that extends the life of your products. These tamper seals are often white and are on sauce bottles or sports drinks, comprising a multi-layered disc of a backing layer and an aluminium foil sealing layer.  Induction seals are used in various industries, from food to pharmaceutical on both plastic and glass containers. The seals can be customised, including printing and are available in roll form or precut discs. Induction seals use an electromagnetic field to heat the foil layer, which melts the polymer seal layer coating creating a bond on the lip of the bottle or container, providing a security seal to prevent leaking. The cap's pressure must be correct to help create a perfect seal.

Sealing can be done with either a handheld unit - Manual Induction Cap Sealer OSTS-1000 or on a conveyor system - Automatic Induction Cap Sealer – OSTS-3000A or larger production lines.
