The Instapak SpeedyPacker® system is a highly versatile and efficient packaging solution, capable of serving a single packaging line or multiple lines with one system. When paired with one of our specialized foam formulations, it produces the perfect void fill, molded cushions, or top-and-bottom foam-in-bag protection.

Its intuitive graphical display allows operators to easily select the ideal bag size and foam combination for maximum product security. The system can label and store up to 156 preset cushion combinations, including continuous foam tubes (CFTs). With the simple touch of a button, the SpeedyPacker® system can generate up to 21 Instapak® foam-filled cushions per minute, significantly enhancing operational productivity.
