The user-friendly 4-GPEKL-145E L-Bar Sealer is a fast and efficient way for shrink-wrapping consumer goods, printed materials, and plastic products where security or tamper evidence is required. These machines are the next step forward from a hooded-style machine; they are designed to optimise your packaging process, enabling quicker speeds of up to ten packs per minute. The 4-GPEKL-145E uses a motorised sealing bar, an automatic takeaway conveyor, an optional film waste winder and an easy-to-use LCD operational control panel to maximise productivity effortlessly. An operator slides the product on the film separator plate and places the unwrapped objects between the centrefold shrink film, moves the item to the left to the corner of the L-Bar sealer; the motorised sealing arm comes down as per the set cycle to cut and seal the film then the product is taken away on the takeaway conveyor into the shrink tunnel to be shrunk. **Heat Tunnel is sold separately.
