Mail Bagger Mailing Machine

This fast, easy magazine wrapping and heat sealing Mail Bagger mailing machine, is the economical way to prepare magazines, catalogues and advertising literature for mailing. The item is simply placed in the chute and the machine automatically wraps seals and trims. A single operator can produce up to 1200 polythene or PVC wrapped items per hour. The Mailing machine has 10 automatic cycles each with 3 adjustable parameters (sealing time, cooling time and envelope margin) which can be pre-programmed by the operator. LED status and fault indicators show the current stage of each sealing cycle. The intake chute is manually adjustable to suit the item’s width and a photocell automatically detects the length. The system incorporates motorised rollers and heat sealing bars with electronic temperature control. Other features include, a piece counter (0 – 9999), an Emergency Stop button and a micro switch that stops the machine when the door is open. The Mailing Machine has an optional take-away conveyor with a durable rubber belt with ridges to transport the finished articles to packing bench height.
