PackMATE 630 Robot Style Stretch Wrapping Machine

The PackMATE 630 mobile battery powered pallet wrapping machine can wrap most oversized odd shaped pallets up to 2.2m high, with no weight restrictions as there is no need to put the pallets onto a turntable to wrap. The PackMATE 630 with its high capacity battery can wrap up to 300 pallets per charge. The machine is controlled by a simple touch panel, to control the electronic tension on the power pre-stretch up to 250% ratio on the film carriage. The design of the pre-stretch rollers on the film carriage means there is no need to tread the film around rollers, as well as a unique dancing bar for extra soft tension of the stretch film. Minimum pallet size is 600mm x 600mm.
