PP76 Shrink Wrapping Machine - All in One Chamber Machine

This unique "All-In-One" L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Chamber packaging machine, will cut, seal and shrink P.V.C or Cryovac polyolefin shrink films in only a few seconds.  The operator places the product on the package loading tray which seperates the two layers of centrefold film, then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. Once the hood is lowered, the operator applies pressure to start the shrink cycle of the machine which activates the dual automatic hold down magnets that holds the lid down to cut and seal the film.  Once the seal is made the machines heat cycle takes over and shrinks the film until the shrink film has shrunk around the item. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator can remove the completed package. For production speeds of 6 - 8 packs per minute depending on the items needed to be shrink wrapped.
