Mobile Battery Powered Pallet Wrapper

This battery powered mobile semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine wraps pallets up to 2200mm high with its telescopic mast. The Robbie Robot Wrapper has six programs to choose the such as the desired vertical speed, the pallet height even though the robot has a photo-electric cell, rotations up & down to achieve a perfect wrap. The operator turns the safety key, presses the start button and this automatic wrapper goes around the pallet by itself. A safety system stops the wrap cycle if there is an obstruction or the lateral wheel is not touching the pallet or the film is not unwinding. The battery powered machines are perfect for when space is an issue, they only require a 1.25m working perimeter around each side of the pallet.
