The TR60 Pneumatic Hot Glue Spray System is designed for efficiently covering large areas while using minimal glue, making it ideal for pallet stabilization of cartons and bags. The 5-GLUEGTR60 features a built-in pressure regulator and manometer, ensuring precise control over glue output and spray patterns. It includes a convenient stand for storage and weighs just 1.2 kg.
The working temperature is electronically controlled and displayed on an LCD, adjustable between 20°C and 200°C with a precision of ±1°C. This versatile system accommodates hot melt glues of varying viscosities in granulate, pillow, and 43mm slug forms, with a 250ml tank capacity—sufficient for multiple industrial applications.
By extruding hot melt glue through air pressure, the TR60 enhances work speed and allows for precise glue dosing. Its compatibility with various adhesive formats provides cost-saving flexibility, while additional nozzles enable diverse application patterns for greater versatility.
