The mechanical Tying Machine is the simple and easy way to Tie or Bundle products together using Twine. Tying Machines can be used in a variety of industries such as Mail Houses, Printers, Laundries as well as many other speciality applications were the tying of string around products is desired. The Tying Machine has a rotating arm that that goes twice around the items in the machine, on the second rotation the String or Twine is mechanically knotted to join the twine.Tying Machines are able ot tie up to 20 packs per minute making them more efficient than manual tying by a person. The standard Semi Automatic Tying Machine 5-TM5060 can Tie products from 120mm x 100mm up to 500mm x 600mm, with other models available.
